What data do we process and why?

The personal data that SCIAMPAGNA processes are those that you provide us with when you place an order and purchase goods, and those that we collect while you browse or use the services offered on sciampagna.com.  2. What personal information do we collect?

The categories of personal data that SCIAMPAGNA collects and processes when surfing or shopping on sciampagna.com are the following:

a) personal information necessary to complete and execute your purchase on sciampagna.com such as first and last name, email address, shipping address, billing address, telephone and payment information;

b) your email address when you sign up for our newsletter service;

g) sending of commercial and promotional communications following the purchase of our product, so-called soft spam. 5. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data only in the presence of one of the conditions provided for by current legislation, and specifically:

a) for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are party. When we process your data for the conclusion of the purchase contract to which you are a party we take care to use only the minimum information necessary for the execution of the same. This database legitimizes the processing of personal data that takes place in the following activities:

7. How long do we keep the data?

We store your personal data for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data.

After this period, your data will be permanently deleted or made anonymous in an irreversible way.

Your personal data is stored according to the terms and criteria specified below:

a) data collected to conclude and execute contracts for the purchase of goods on sciampagna.com: up to the conclusion of administrative accounting formalities. Billing information will be retained for ten years from the date of invoice;

b) Registered User data: The data will be retained until you request the deletion of your account;

c) payment data: until certification of payment and completion of the relevant administrative and accounting formalities following the expiry of the right of withdrawal and the time limits applied for challenging payment;

d) data collected while using the services offered on sciampagna.com: these data are stored until the termination of the service or the cancellation of the registration to the service by the User;

e) data connected to user requests to our Customer Service: data useful to assist you will be kept until your request is satisfied;

f) CV: for six months from receipt;

g) data used for commercial communication activities towards users who purchase products on sciampagna.com (soft spam): these data are stored until the termination of the service or the exercise of opposition by means of unsubscription by the user;

h) data provided for commercial communications, opinion polling and market research activities: until the user requests the interruption of activity and in any case within 2 years from the last interaction of any kind of the user with SCIAMPAGNA;

i) data used to personalise the Website and to show personalised commercial offers: as long as the user does not request termination of the activity and in any case within two years from the last interaction of any kind of the user with SCIAMPAGNA;

l) data used to carry out market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests the termination of the activity.

In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the consequent definitive cancellation or irreversible anonymisation of personal data will be final within thirty days of the deadlines indicated above.

11. Your rights

At any time you can exercise your rights with regard to the specific processing of your personal data by SCIAMPAGNA. Below you will find their general description and how to exercise them.

d) Delete your data: in the cases provided for by current legislation you can request the cancellation of your personal data. Received and evaluated your request, if legitimate we will take care of promptly cease processing and delete your personal data.

e) Ask that the processing of your personal data be temporarily limited: in this case SCIAMPAGNA will continue to keep your personal data but will not process them, unless otherwise requested by you and the exceptions provided for by law.
